28 MINUTES 100% bimedia
PRODUCER : Adventure Line - BROADCASTER : ARTE
Having started its digital mutation in 2012, the show 28 MINUTES by ARTE has successfully negotiated its interactive turn since the start of the 2013 school year. Now 100% bimedia, the news magazine presented by Elisabeth Quin offers Internet users three new services: the 1st interactive replay, Your questions in 28'', and chat rooms.
These three new features engage the Internet user before, during and after the TV broadcast and are available on the site designed and developed by Darewin.
- The 1st interactive replay

Gif 28 minutes
For the first time in France, a daily show allows you to deepen the subjects treated on air in one click. Tweets, photos, YouTube videos, infographics, articles, links and other web bonuses are accessible directly from the replay video. By pressing the interactive pellets, each Internet user can contextualize, deepen and personalize the subjects treated.
- Ask your questions in 28 seconds
Every day, before the broadcast, viewers take an active part in the editorial of the show. They ask their questions by email, on the show's website, Facebook, Twitter, Vine or Instagram via the official hashtag #28min. A team of community managers from the editorial staff exchanges in real time with the show's community (10,000 followers and 7,500 fans) and integrates on air the questions that will launch the debate of the day on the set.
Chat rooms

To facilitate dialogue between viewers during and after the show, 28 MINUTES provides Internet users with chat rooms. Each participant can intervene in chat or webcam while watching the show with friends. Regularly, viewers will also be able to exchange with a guest of the day or a member of the editorial staff.
The result of innovative start-ups
To develop these unprecedented and ambitious projects, the producer Adventure Line Productions, the digital teams of ARTE and the social TV agency Darewin trusted 2 French start-ups, Adways and Cybronics, met at the Futur en Seine 2013 show, the international digital festival.
“ARTE is delighted to promote editorial innovation on digital and to allow young start-ups to express their know-how in the development of unprecedented and large-scale offers in the context of shows like 28 MINUTES.”
