The Franceinfo bot on Messenger

franceinfo

New revolution in usage: franceinfo develops its offer.

Because the Internet, already mobile, is becoming conversational, franceinfo, available on all media and many social networks, is developing its offer and is now available as a bot, a new conversational interface dedicated to news embedded in Facebook Messenger.

Users will be able to receive the main news to remember, at the time of their choice, and discuss with franceinfo directly from their messaging application. They will be able to receive, on their terms, the latest news headlines or personalized alerts.

Personalized alerts

No need for an app or the web: interfaces are becoming more natural and refined.

After starting the conversation on Messenger, the franceinfo bot, constantly updated, offers to choose preferences among several types of alerts:

It's very simple: the user sets the frequency and time of alerts, to receive them directly, or at a specific time (8am, noon, 4pm, 8pm or midnight), wherever they are.

Conversely, they can also choose subjects they wish to ignore.

For each alert received, the user can read the article, view photos or videos, or even listen to associated podcasts without leaving Messenger.

The bot will improve over user requests, thanks to Machine Learning technologies.

> To start the experience, just start the conversation on Facebook Messenger with the franceinfo bot and personalize your alerts.
