FDJ launches on Alexa, Amazon's assistant, two voice applications for its lottery games LOTO and EuroMillions – My Million and its brand ParionsSport

ParionsSport

FDJ offers, for the first time, its players access to draw results on the one hand, and odds of main football matches on the other, by simple oral questions thanks to two new voice applications (or Skills*) on Alexa, Amazon's voice assistant.

FDJ thus becomes the first French sports betting operator to launch a voice conversational assistant. The ParionsSport Point of Sale Skill allows bettors to know the odds, calendars and favorites of upcoming football matches.

FDJ has also launched a Skill that now allows players to discover the combinations of LOTO and EuroMillions – My Million draws by a simple verbal request.

The FDJ player just has to engage in discussion with a device in which Alexa is integrated (Echo speaker, smartphone, compatible connected objects) to have the FDJ information sought.

Examples: "Alexa, ask ParionsSport for the odds for the Toulouse – PSG match on Sunday?", "Alexa, ask FDJ for yesterday's EuroMillions results?"

FDJ initiated these two projects in a process of simplification and improvement of the player experience. Today 57% of French people think that conversational assistants will make their life easier**.

The FDJ Skill

The FDJ Skill answers the demand of players to have quick and simple access to official draw results for the LOTO and EuroMillions - My Million brands

To do this, the user of the FDJ Skill can ask for example "Give me the LOTO result" or "I want the EuroMillions result of last Friday" to obtain the results of the last draw or that of the chosen date. The FDJ Skill is compatible with Alexa devices with screens, and displays results in visual form at the same time as it states them.

The ParionsSport Point of Sale Skill

FDJ, which developed the ParionsSport Point of Sale Skill in collaboration with the start-up Cybronics, offers bettors access to 1N2 or exact score odds, as well as calendars of the main football competitions.

The questions the skill can answer

The ParionsSport Point of Sale Skill is destined to be enriched as usage grows by developing response personalization according to question recurrence.

An unprecedented duo of voices

Also a first for a Skill to offer a vocal duo like presenter duos on set and sports commentators. To embody the ParionsSport brand, it is therefore the voice-over of ParionsSport advertising campaigns that was chosen to give the cue to Alexa and constitute this unprecedented voice duo.

FDJ turned towards innovation

These initiatives are part of the #FDJ2020 project which put digital and innovation at the heart of the company's strategy. FDJ is today connected to a diversified digital ecosystem. The various FDJ partners (Partech, Raise, France Digitale or Techstars) reinforce the Group's ability to identify quality startups and qualify the maturity of new technologies to implement innovative solutions.

For reminder FDJ launched the Chatbot Messenger ParionsSport Point of Sale and the After Sales Service Bot Treflix.

FDJ launches a voice application on Google Assistant for its sports betting brand ParionsSport

ParionsSport on Google

FDJ launches a ParionsSport Point of Sale voice application* on Google Home and Google Assistant. Players will be able to access odds, match calendars and ask for the favorite of the meeting.

ParionsSport is the only French sports betting operator to offer its players access to its offer* by voice. This new FDJ voice application will be available on Google Home connected speakers as well as on Google Assistant, integrated into the majority of Android smartphones. The Google ParionsSport Point of Sale application will allow bettors to know odds, calendars, favorites of upcoming football matches as well as a gain estimation on a given match, and this on about twenty French and international competitions.

The ParionsSport bettor can engage a discussion with their Google Home speaker or their smartphone which has Google Assistant by asking a precise question such as "OK Google, ask Parions Sport what is the odds of the next Monaco match?", or by letting themselves be guided by the assistant: "OK Google, talk to Parions Sport."

They can then, for example, ask: "When does Nantes play?", "What are the favorites of the upcoming Champions League matches?", "How much can I win if I bet 5 euros on the next Olympique de Marseille match?"

Through this project, FDJ aims to simplify and improve the player experience. Today 57% of French people think that conversational assistants will make their life easier**.

The ParionsSport Point of Sale application is destined to be enriched as usage grows by developing response personalization according to question recurrence.
